Visual Inspection
We visually inspect every part to ensure testing accuracy, detect damage & catch quality problems conflicting with the liquid penetrant inspection.
Method A: Water Washable
Water washable penetrant methods provide an economical yet sensitive test that can be rapidly completed.
Method B: Post Emulsifiable Lipophilic (Oil Base)
Post emulsifiable penetrant methods are more sensitive and are better suited for critical parts or parts with smooth surfaces.
Method D: Post Emulsifiable Hydrophilic (Water Base)
Our most sensitive testing method can detect even smaller defects than the other methods across a multitude of surfaces.

How will I know when my parts are ready?
Regional NDT has developed a process of Real Time Availability for every work order. You’ll know days ahead of time when your part will be ready and shipped back to you. If you have any questions, we’re available 24/7 for status updates.
